Wranglers must be 10% Prodigious or higher, with the Rocket Booster in order to unlock the instructions for finding this region (around 3,544,000 points). A visit to Earl will be necessary.

Once you manage to find your way to Icelantica, you will need to choose between the sides of good and evil - which way will you go??
