Wranglers need to catch a Peccant Fish to be shown the path, master the art of Monster Wrangling and purchase the Alcatraz Cruiser before being able to travel to these Islands.

Try fishing in Sans Culpra Smile A wrangler will also find they need at least 1,400,000 points.....

Poseidon's Ring will be the only area open to begin with, but persevere, the whale will become clear eventually!
